Pixels, print size, or a file-size limit?
An online form may ask for exact width and height in pixels and a separate limit in KB. Printed photos use millimetres or inches instead. Start with the instructions for your application, then use the custom pixel-size guide or the JPEG compression guide for the file you need.
Photo Lili is not an official approval checker. Some passport services prohibit digital background replacement and retouching. For U.S. online passport renewal, follow the official original-photo instructions rather than changing the background in an app.
