Custom size
Create an ID photo with exact pixel dimensions
Some school, employment, exam and government portals provide their own width and height instead of a named passport-photo format. Photo Lili lets you enter those numbers directly.

Before you start
Copy every requirement from the destination portal: pixel width, pixel height, maximum file size, file format, background colour and portrait composition. “300 × 400 pixels” describes only the canvas; it does not tell you how large the face should be.
Custom-size workflow
- Open the application instructions and write down the exact pixel width and height.
- Choose Custom size in Photo Lili and enter the two values in the same order.
- Select a clear portrait, then drag and zoom it to match the portal’s composition example.
- Choose a background only if the application explicitly permits it, and set a target file size when one is given.
- Save a new JPEG. Check its dimensions and visual quality before uploading it to the application portal.
Do not guess a document standard. Requirements can vary even between two applications in the same country. Photo Lili controls image dimensions; it does not certify eligibility or acceptance.
When custom size is useful

- Employment and HR onboarding portals
- Exam-registration photos
- Membership cards and internal ID systems
- Forms that state an exact pixel size and file limit
Keep the portrait on your phone
